Conference Fees Policy
All conference participants must register for the conference. The registration fee covers all conference materials and certificate. The registration fee covers one participant only. The registration fee for the second, third and so on author is $100. Participants are responsible for transfer fees and bank charges. At least one author for each accepted paper must register.
Student Rates
Student rates are eligible for students who registered as full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students. In order to claim the rates, please send a scanned copy of the student identity card and the payment receipt by sending an email to iconeei@eng.unri.ac.id or irsan.ali@lecturer.unri.ac.id by stating the paper ID, after receiving the acceptance notification from the ICon EEI 2026 TPC chair or conference committee.
IEEE Membership Rates
Any Participant who has an IEEE membership will get benefit for member rates. In order to claim the rates, please send a scanned copy of the membership card and the payment receipt by sending an email to iconeei@eng.unri.ac.id or irsan.ali@lecturer.unri.ac.id by stating the paper ID, after receiving the acceptance notification from the ICon EEI 2026 TPC chair or conference committee.
The international participants are recommended to make their registration through the EDAS system.
